Caay Capital LLC is a private company focused on direct investments. Our interests are in niche, non-correlated assets that we believe are overlooked, poorly understood or do not fit into traditional institutional asset classes.
Caay Capital’s primary objective is to identify investment that provide near to medium term cash flow generation– with this in mind, our investments take many forms and can be made across asset classes and the capital structure. To date the team has made investments in conventional and renewable power, digital infrastructure, multi-family real estate and SaaS businesses.
